GEA Refrigeration Technologies and Diversity Management

In an international environment with strong cultural and social contrasts the diversity of a workforce supports business in all fields. To achieve such diversity on all levels of employment, GEA will systematically integrate all aspects of modern work-life balance concepts into HR planning: Adapted programs and working models such as, flexible part-time work, job sharing and child care are offered to employees.
