Aero Heat Exchanger has a policy to provide continual development of our product and to constantly upgrade our equipment and modernize our shop facilities. It is this commitment to the future that makes us capable of producing coils with one continuous fin of over 120 inches (3 M) in length and up to 12 rows deep. Our Continuous Fin (CF) technology combined with our unique coil geometry provide a more efficient heat transfer in our air coolers and coils.

Advanced fabrication technology and application experience combine with Aero craftsmanship to provide flexibility in coil design and configuration. Coil assemblies are available in a variety of fin spacing (up to 8 fins per inch), number of rows deep and face dimensions as large as 28 feet long (8.5 M) and 10 feet (3M) high. With this flexibility, it becomes practical to provide well over 100,000 square feet (9300 square meters) of extended heat transfer surface in a single coil.

Aluminum and Stainless Steel are our standard materials of construction, but we do not stop there.
Horizontal or vertical arrangement…circuiting for liquid recirculation, gravity flooded, direct expansion or brine service… or special materials of construction such as stainless, copper, carbon steel (hot dipped galvanized after fabrication) or special alloys… or energy saving dampers…are only a few of the coil design options available from Aero, the “can do” company.
