The Drinktec is one of the most important exhibitions in the field of breweries, beverage, juice and dairy industry. These industries form a large part of GEA’s customer base.

The GEA Group stand was impressive and one of the largest of the exhibition. GEA Refrigeration were also present with a nice area on the GEA stand. The main theme was Energy Efficiency. Therefore we had in addition to the new  V-series piston compressor, also  a  5HP high pressure piston compressor and an ECCS box (Efficient Condenser Control System) from Grenco UK on our stand. It became clear that especially heat pump solutions raise a lot of interest with those customers that have a simultaneous need for heat and cold.

The Refrigeration ‘corner’ was staffed with various employees of our Solutions & Services companies like GEA Grenco BV., GEA Grenco Ibérica, GEA Grenco South Africa, GEA Grenco UK and GEA Grasso International.

Our stand was visited by a large number of customers from all over the world. Definitely a very useful event to meet our valued customers.
