Service levels 

As soon as a new installation has been fully tested and put into operation, the serviceteam of GEA Refrigeration Technologies will take over. Our service staff, available 24 hours a day, will begin with the necessary maintenance during the guarantee period via carefully established protocols.  After this, service and maintenance take place periodically according to (contract) agreements. There are various options to choose from, up to and including an all-in contract. Key points here are maintenance sensitivity of the systems selected, preventive testing and extension of life span.

GEA Refrigeration has tailor-made contracts for:

  • Corrective service: 365 days a year, 24 hours a day;
  • Inspection service: according to guidelines, periodic checking of installations for safety and operational certainty;
  • Preventive maintenance: periodic maintenance according to our maintenance guidelines;
  • All-in service: completely taking over the maintenance of an installation;
  • Partnership: collaboration with your own technical service;
  • Remote monitoring: 24-hour surveillance using ICT technology.

Next to our standard package of preventive and corrective services GEA Refrigeration Technologies offers numerous service options as an addition to the service agreement.
